The Product Manager is responsible for delivering business growth in line with annual company sales, profit and margin expectations. The Product Manager will act as an active influencer to the development and ongoing management of a rolling 12 months business development plan for the growth of tools category.
It is expected that the Product Manager will seek to keep abreast on all product technical information, applications, future developments, product roadmaps, supplier marketing and legislation changes, etc.

As a Collision Centre Sales Advisor, you will be committed to offering body repair customers a single dedicated point of purchase for a wide range of panels, consumables, cooling, paint, garage equipment, quality approved collision parts as well as mechanical parts, supported by rapid delivery schedules including a guaranteed next working day service. You will offer knowledgeable advice across all the products and services available, and discuss value added business programmes to help repairers make business improvements, value added selling, while enhancing customer relationships.

As Parts Sales Advisor, you will be targeted to achieve daily individual sales and profit targets through the effective use of resources and to pro-actively maintain and develop the branch sales and profitability by value added selling and enhancing customer relationships.
Job Details

Work Hours:
Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and alternate Saturdays 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Qualification:
We are seeking a customer focussed individual to cover the front sales counter in the shop area of the branch every Saturday for 5 hours only. Ideally you will have some knowledge of car parts, excellent customer service skills and the ability to learn a new product range and IT systems quickly.
Experience / Duties:
You must have sales/customer service experience from a fast-paced retail or trade environment.
Work Hours:
Every Saturday for 5 hours only, actual shift pattern to be agreed locally.
