Job Description

We are recruiting for a Studio Manager, who will manage a team of artworkers and senior designers, whilst liaising with key stakeholders in the business.

The Studio Manager is also responsible for the planning and delivery of all creative projects. Using a hands-on approach, the role, alongside the team, will consistently deliver outstanding work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with multiple stakeholders across the business
• Day-to-day management of the design team
• Delegating daily projects and work to the most suitable design team member
• Creating new marketing material for printed and digital campaigns
• Preparing artwork to a print ready standard
• Assisting departments within our business with design/artwork requests
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout all work
• Working on both trade, consumer and internal design briefs

Key and Desired Skills:

• Demonstrable experience from a similar role
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a design team to execute day-to-day best practice
• Meticulous eye for detail, proof-reading copy and overseeing design quality
• Ability to oversee and delegate work across varying budgets and deadlines
• Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong creative ability, with strong typography and layout skills
• Solid understanding of taking a project from initial brief to completion
• Adobe Software knowledge - Creative Suite, lnDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
