Senior Customer Service Advisor PT - Ashford
Specifically, the role in Ashford branch is 25 hours per week across six days. We need you to work every Saturday (10am - 4pm) and a whole day in the week (typically 8am - 6pm) with two four hour shifts included (typically 10am - 2pm)
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Within your role, you will maintain the highest standards, develop talent, and maximise LKQ Euro Car Parts’ profit at every opportunity. Driving the Branch to achieve a balanced performance ensuring all colleagues are engaged and have the necessary tools and resources to deliver great customer service.
