Payroll Coordinator - FTC

Home working with occasional travel to the Head Office in Tamworth

Role Overview:

Come and join our friendly payroll Team at LKQ Euro Car Parts. As a Payroll Coordinator, you’ll make sure our employees are paid accurately and on time. This role will also give the opportunity to develop some wider project skills.

Key Responsibilities

■ Acting as main point of contact on a daily basis, responding to e-mails, telephone calls and other correspondence

■ Collating monthly submissions on excel via email

■ Processing and entering all information for the payments of colleagues

■Producing reports to assist in business planning

■ Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

■ Assisting colleagues with any payment queries

■ Assist outside bodies such as HMRC / Irish revenue and courts to ensure compliance at all times

■ Assisting with daily administration and any other assigned tasks by your line manager

■ Managing payroll and expenses for UK and ROI employees.

  • Efficient on Excel, from reports to monthly submissions

  • Able to keep cool under pressure
  • Clued up on the latest HR systems (ADP/Sage/Core HR)
  • The number one team player, with the ability to work with a number of teams to get the job done.
