Workshop Solutions Specialist | Dublin (Santry) | Scotland and Ireland

As a Workshop Equipment Specialist (WES) you will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Workshop Solutions business strategy within your region; whilst creating strong leads and opportunities.
 
The role will include identifying new business and customer opportunities in your region and being responsible for delivering KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set out in performance contracts and agreed with your line manager.

Key Accountabilities
Driving Sales and Margin Performance:
■■
Ensure each branch is fully aligned and driving Garage Equipment (GE) sales and margin performance through strong connectivity, training, support, data analysis and supporting all marketing activity in line with the business needs
■■
Continually building, maintaining and managing a pipeline of sales for future business
■■
Driving sales through own leads and utilising the branch network
■■
Achieving a high lead-to-sales conversion rate
Improving Customer Connectivity and Relationships:
■■
Develop a visit routine to connect with all branches in your region and demonstrate partnerships that support mutual growth
■■
Create a culture where customers are the ‘number one priority’
■■
Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with fairly and equitably
■■
Engage the branches to support the sales of GE
■■
Provide training and support to the branch network and customers, regarding all aspects of GE
■■
Ensure all branches understand central processes and procedural aspects of ordering GE i.e. payment methods, site ready forms and margin requirements
■■
Ensure all Euro Car Parts Workshop Solutions Academy courses are fully completed in acceptable timescales
■■
Take control of all Workshop Solutions marketing material and ensure it’s being distributed to customers

Communication:

Act as the focal point for Workshop Solutions communications in the region, ensuring service is never compromised

Keep those affected informed

Maintain regular contact with (Regional Sales Managers) RSMs and (Branch Managers) BMs; informing them of weekly itineraries
■■
Plan structured conference calls, regional meetings and training in line with RSMs
■■
Daily communication with region, RSM and central support team
Performance Management:
■■
Accountability to support underperforming branches in sales and margin
■■
To achieve daily customer visits
■■
Organise supplier workouts within area
■■
Drive product group performance and penetration
■■
Generate leads and create future pipeline for GE sales
■■
Complete monthly training with the branch network and customers
■■
Communicate sales data on a regular basis to inform branches on their performance MTD
■■
Ensure all sales activity is documented on the in-house tracking system provided e.g. customer visits, sales leads etc.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm and occasional Saturdays from 8am - 4pm
