Euro Car Parts, has been named in the prestigious Sunday Times Profit Track 100.

The annual league table, now in its 12th year, lists British companies with the fastest-growing profits according to their latest three years of available audited accounts.

The 2011 supplement appeared within the Business Section of the Sunday Times on Sunday 17 April.

In 2010, Euro Car Parts’ sales were up to £272m, over 1,000 new employees were recruited and the company opened over 20 new branches. It also secured National Accounts contacts with the RAC.  First quarter results for 2011 have been extremely healthy and the company forecast sales of £340million for 2011.

Sukhpal Singh commented: “I take great pride in seeing Euro Car Parts listed in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100 alongside so many fantastic British companies.

“Our guiding philosophy to become ‘Bigger, Better, Faster and Smarter’ has made us the UK’s No.1 supplier of car and light commercial vehicleparts. Last year we sold 50% more parts than our nearest competitor and we continue to plough all additional revenue back into the business.

“The best example of this is our brand new 400,000 sq. ft. National Distribution Centre at Tamworth, which opened in August 2010. The envy of the industry, this fantastic £20m facility is central to our Regional Hub strategy and will secure our future. However, while growth is dynamic and exciting, providing consistently excellent customer service remains our primary objective.

“Over the last two years I have put together a great team at the top, enabling me to concentrate more on vision, strategy and creative thinking. Importantly, Euro Car Parts is still a family-owned business and I take this opportunity to say a huge ‘thank you’ to all our staff, customers and stakeholders. Our success is your success.”
