Ipswich Branch

3 July 2009

Euro Car Parts (ECP), the UK’s leading aftermarket parts supplier, is due to open a new branch in Ipswich on 26th of May, in line with their continuing expansion plans.

The 12,500 sqft Ipswich branch will have 20,000 lines of stock and will receive three deliveries from the HQ in Wembley daily with access to over 100,000 parts. The branch will have 15 members of staff with over 130 years experience in the automotive aftermarket and will start off with six delivery vans (with plans to increase this by the end of the year to around nine vans).

In addition, the Ipswich branch is amongst the first in the ECP network to offer customers a full set of exhaust stock with 1,500 lines of exhausts and 350 lines of catalyst converters. This compliments the large amount of stock from key suppliers such as ATE, Bosch, Hengst, Bilstein, Continental Contitech, SNR and Normfest.

David Bevan, director of ECP said: “ECP will continue to be the leading aftermarket parts supplier by always looking ahead. The expansion of ECP branches throughout the UK is an example of ECP’s future plans and despite the credit crunch we are continuing to work incredibly hard to make sure we give our customers the best possible range, price and delivery service. Opening the new Ipswich branch is a logic extension for ECP as there is a thriving garage trade in the surrounding area stretching the current ECP branches.

“ECP are set to achieve nationwide coverage and plan to open a number of branches staggered over a three year period.”
