The Euro Car Parts IT Department deliver services to 9,000+ employees within the Euro Car Parts (ECP) group of companies in the UK and the Republic of Ireland as part of the LKQ Corporation. We require a well-organised and efficient administrator to support the CIO and Senior Management Team (SMT). We can offer a rich and varied role within a professional, high paced, dynamic and commercially focused IT environment supporting a business continuing to undergo phenomenal growth.

You will need to be exceptionally organised and methodical, with an excellent attention to detail and a well-developed sense of confidentiality. Communication skills are paramount; you will need to liaise with a variety of individuals involved in the business, both internal and external. Be professional, friendly, punctual and dedicated.

Duties & Responsibilities:


Key IT administration role within the IT Senior Team 


1.     Maintain realistic and manageable calendars for the SMT and wider IT teams location and availability tracker.

2.     Ensure all aspects of meetings/conferences are organised, agendas developed and prompt action taken maintaining timely responses to deadlines at all times.

3.     Maintain visibility of SMT work-loads in order to field enquires on availability.

4.     To undertake appropriate tasks for the Project Management Office, Operations, Service Delivery and Audit/Security functions within the IT Dept.

5.     Ensure all confidential documents are handled accordingly and maintain strict confidentiality.

6.     Arranging travel and accommodation where necessary for the CIO and members of the SMT.

7.     Ensure a positive, helpful and at all times professional customer facing approach to working with business stakeholders at all levels.

8.     Translate KPI’s into meaningful statistics and report them to IT Management.

9.     Data analysis skills and the ability to present ideas effectively, either orally or in writing.

10.  Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels.

11.  Proven ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible and organised approach;

12.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

13.  This job description reflects the major tasks to be carried out by the post holder and identifies a level of responsibility at which they will be required to work.  In the interests of effective working, the major tasks may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changing needs and circumstances. Such reviews and any consequential changes will be carried out in consultation with the post holder.

Experience Requirements

·       Data protection and security awareness and confidentiality awareness.

·       Expert ability to utilise MS-Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint

·       Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and establish good working relationships at all levels.


Role Details


Full-time, Working Hours Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm
