The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an Internet Retailing* Top 500 B2C and B2B retailor in 1 of 3 Ecommerce Channel Manager positions which will create a brand new strategic layer in an existing energetic, innovative and growing department.

The new opportunity will allow talented individuals to gain first-hand experience in a large but dynamic company and provide both domestic and international online B2B and B2C exposure.

The company is leading the way with digital innovation and is looking for strong ambitious leaders who are passionate about the performance of e-commerce and commercial growth.

 

 

The Role:

·       Manage and grow all online channels/websites within the business vertical, working closely with key stakeholders to define and execute the multi-channel strategy for the given vertical.

·       The primary point of contact for cross functional partners to evaluate, prioritise, develop, manage, and drive eCommerce and digital technology interventions in partnership with the development team.

·       Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other departments supporting the eCommerce strategy.

·       Drive a new business focused approach, constantly looking for new opportunities to develop online with internal and external partners.

·       Measurement of ROI on all spends whilst influencing opportunities and paybacks.

·       Ensuring the customer is at the heart of the business, considering the entire customer journey and identifying anything that can affect/improve the experience and trading for the online channels.

·       Lead insights to optimise conversion and sales. Understand customer behaviour by analysing data and using analytical tools

·       Manage ongoing site optimisation and product navigation, propose changes and initiate remedial actions to support trading across desktop, mobile and tablet

·       Develop an excellent digital experience – measured by NPS, Site Conversion, Online Sales
